Refund & Return Policy for Glamommy Official

We hope you love your maternity & baby products.
Our policy lasts 30 days upon delivery. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Used personal maternity items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

International return shipping cost is borne by the customer. We do not cover return freight from the United States back to China. Customs fees are non‑refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund within 7‑10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow extra bank processing time.
